Stage One: An Overall Recap – From Balance Position to Landing
These illustrations have all been placed together on one page for your benefit. If it were possible for you to take a snapshot of yourself at these positions in the pitching process of Stage One – from the balance position to landing, this is how it should look. Remember, the stride knee moves up, down and out and while the elbows lift, the throwing hand moves out, down, back and up! Refer to them often and practice them consistently in the mirror and as drills. All of these motions must be correct (as pictured) for you to reach the proper landing!
